In TV Shows, how do they make the background of a person move? Its has a plain background in the studio, but when it is on TV It is changed with an animation or CG? Get My Question?

silver guy is right.. mostly... it is called chromakey and it isn't necessisarily done with the video toaster unit.. you can do it with chroma blue or chroma green cloth or paint on a wall.. you can do it with the video footage into Adobe After effects and drop a background footage on it to make someone say stand on water.. a real time unit would be something like a Ultimatte.. here are some links..

Usally its a greenscreen using a greenscreen cam, and software. sometimes its even blue.
forgive my spelling but its chromokey... solid backgrounds can be removed by the computer called a toaster and have anything else in its place. Photographers also do this very often with studio work to make it easier to change the background of their subject.
